They do a great job, they are very knowledgeable about working with the insurance company and FEMA. I had called them when I had a few properties damaged from Hurricane Beryl and they were very meticulous in their work and had a quick turnaround for the job. They also have always been promptly responsive with any questions about the project. I had tried to call other companies but they gave me the runaround with quotes once I told them I was working with FEMA, but not these people. You can definitely call them for help in any area of Dallas or Houston and you will get great service. I used them for Houston, but they are located in Dallas. I would definitely try if you are in any other area of Texas as they may have service there as well.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Moreover, the insurance company will ensure that you did your part in minimizing the damage by having you call a professional water damage restoration company. We have the knowledge and experience in working with your insurance carrier.
In Frisco's newer builds, the water damage is often hiding — and so is the risk to everything you just moved in
Here's the thing about a new home. You'd assume the plumbing's solid because everything's new. But builder-grade fittings fail, foundations settle in the first few years, and a slow leak behind a wall can run a long time before anyone notices.
By then it's not just the drywall. It's the furniture you bought when you moved in. Boxes you never fully unpacked. The nursery, the home office, the media room — rooms in a new Frisco home tend to be full of things that are also new, and also worth protecting.
We get your belongings out before the hidden damage becomes visible damage. Salvageable items come out of the affected area, get cleaned and stored off-site, and stay out of the way while the source — often a builder-grade failure or settling crack — gets found and fixed.
Then everything goes back. And because a lot of Frisco water damage happens inside the builder warranty window, we document it all — so if the builder's on the hook, you've got the record to prove it.
New-build leaks often hide behind walls for weeks. Once found, belongings come out of the affected zone fast, before slow damage turns into a bigger loss.
Salvageable items are cleaned, dried, and held in secure storage while the source — settling crack, builder-grade fitting, slab penetration — is located and repaired.
If the damage traces to a construction defect, the paperwork matters. Every item and cause is logged in case the builder's warranty is responsible.
Frisco's newer homes often fall inside warranty coverage. We document the contents loss and the likely cause so you can pursue the right party — builder, insurer, or both.
Real pricing data from completed water damage projects across Frisco, Collin County, and Denton County
Frisco Average Project
$4,100
Typical range: $1,500 – $7,000
Cost Per Square Foot
$3.50–$7.50
Depends on water category and damage class
Response Window
45 Min
Our guaranteed arrival time anywhere in Frisco
Burst Pipes / Rainwater
$3.00–$4.00 / sq ft
Least expensive to restore. Common Frisco causes include burst pipes during winter freezes, roof leaks from spring hail, and supply line failures in Frisco's large production homes with multiple bathrooms and appliances.
Appliance Overflow / AC Condensate
$4.00–$6.50 / sq ft
Contains contaminants requiring sanitization. Frisco's large homes with multiple AC units mean more condensate drain lines — and more chances for overflow. Dishwasher and washing machine failures common in high-occupancy family homes.
Sewage Backup / Storm Flooding
$7.00–$7.50 / sq ft
Most hazardous and expensive. Includes sewage backups and Cottonwood Creek or Stewart Creek overflow during heavy Collin County spring storms. Everything it contacts typically requires full replacement.
Bathroom
Up to $3,000
Frisco's large homes often have 4–5 bathrooms — a single undetected fixture leak can affect adjacent rooms before it's discovered. Most common first-call scenario across Frisco subdivisions.
Walls / Drywall
$300–$2,200
Repair runs $300–$850 for minor damage; replacement is $1.50–$3.50 per sq ft. Improper window flashing and moisture barriers in Frisco's fast-built subdivisions allow water to enter wall cavities undetected for months.
Flooring
$200–$5,000+
Frisco's larger homes have more floor area — total replacement costs run higher than the DFW average. Engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl plank common in Frisco builds are more water-sensitive than tile or solid hardwood.
Slab / Foundation
$500–$6,000
Frisco's Blackland Prairie clay expands with spring rain and shrinks in summer heat, stressing slab penetrations year-round. Low-lying areas near Cottonwood Creek and Stewart Creek see elevated groundwater after heavy rain.
Multi-Story Homes
$3,500–$8,000
Frisco's large two and three-story homes mean water travels down through multiple floors and ceilings when a second-floor bathroom or appliance fails — significantly increasing scope and total restoration cost.
Whole House / Major Flooding
$10,000–$20,000+
Frisco's larger homes push whole-house costs above DFW averages. Typically follows Winter Storm Uri-style freeze events, Cottonwood or Stewart Creek flooding, or long-term construction defect leaks in newer subdivisions.
